than lying directly on the concrete?
Courtesy of the Hazard Fraud if the Pittsburgh didn’t give it away.

If you’re above average size, I imagine those edges dig in quite a b it .

If it rolls easily and you fit under what you’re working on when you’re on it then sure. Even a sheet of cardboard is better than laying on bare concrete.

I actually have that creeper from HF. I find it more comfortable than directly lying on concrete. Of course you get the benefits of being able to roll under the car rather than needing to shuffle in and out. With that said you also get the normal creeper hassles - the wheels hang when you roll over something and trying to get leverage on something off to the side is nearly impossible.

I’ve got the Bone-ster;
It’s super cush. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have a pillow to sleep on.

Less. Puts you too close to the action.

I have one. I like it primarily for sliding in and out from under the vehicle. I don’t have to scooch on the ground. The trays on the side are nice when i need more than one socket as well.
Full disclosure, I broke one of the middle wheels off of mine. Not really sure how, but it happened. It still works, but it doesn’t slide quite as well.

As someone above average in height and weight, its not bad.

$100 dayum. But I bet it is comfy.

Ive had so many large boxes showing up lately (radiator, intercooler, fender flares) I have ample cardboard. But I have a habit of stepping on it this negating the cleanliness factor.

strap an anime body pillow on it and you’re set

I’m always conflicted because the Fumoto makes oil changes super quick, but the creeper is so comfy I could lay there all day..

Much more comfortable, I have one similar to that.

depends on how wide it is... and you are
but if it fits right it should be comfy enough

I have one very similar to that (different brand, different color, but probably out of the same factory). I t was a major upgrade from the old one I was using. It’s easy to clean, the pockets are very handy, and t he wheels roll so much better than the tiny casters on m y old creeper. I’m sure there’s better ones out there, but I just can’t bring myself to drop $100 on one.

I use a large anti fatigue mat or cold hard concrete.
I hate those creeper thingys. Trying to undo a bolt and trying to use my feet to keep me from rolling to the otherside.

Even that creeper will be vastly better than lying on concrete. Not only will it be tremendously more comfortable, you’ll stay much cleaner.

I have one, works great for doing oil changes on my truck. Lay on it and roll as needed. Not something I’d want to take a nap on though.

Well I suspect it’s better than lying on this:

You have a point. Many in fact.

I have a creeper and rarely use it, not for discomfort but because the extra inch or two it puts you off the ground is often critical to actually fitting under the car / having room to work. If you’re working on a large vehicle it may not be as noticeable
, in which case definitely pick one up (it’s nice to not have to shimmy around on the ground)
.

For the truck it would be worth it. The Sebring sits way low even when on ramps but I have to do the lay and shimmy to get under. Not sure the creeper would be low enough.

I have this one. Better than concrete.

I have that exact same creeper. It’s great. Rolls easily, is comfortable, and has a couple spots for tools. It even supports my fat ass.

Ive seen enough positive reviews from Oppo now , picking one up tomorrow.
